A gummy depositor meters liquid or semi-liquid gummy mass into mold cavities. The depositing system controls dosing, nozzle or manifold arrangement, indexing, and operating settings. What to Send for a Compatibility Review

The more exact the equipment information, the more useful a mold-fit review can be. Send the machine manufacturer and exact model, mold or tray dimensions, usable depositing area, row and column pitch, nozzle count and spacing, registration or handling details, and any available drawings, photos, or sample-mold measurements.

If known, also include your target piece volume and relevant formula or filling information. Finished gummy weight is formula-dependent, so volume should not be treated as an automatic gram weight.
