All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Gummy Molds does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong product, size, shape, quantity, or configuration, or for products that are no longer needed.
Non-Returnable Products and Services
Custom molds, prototype work, design and engineering services, made-to-order molds, bulk production orders, digital products, downloadable files, recipes, SOPs, consulting services, and used products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, or is different from what you ordered, contact info@gummymolds.com within five business days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when the issue is verified. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Do not return an item without written authorization from Gummy Molds.
Order Cancellations
In-stock orders may be canceled only when Gummy Molds confirms the cancellation in writing before fulfillment begins.
Custom, made-to-order, prototype, design, engineering, bulk-production, digital-product, and consulting orders cannot be canceled after design work, engineering, material procurement, production, fulfillment, or digital delivery has begun.
Shipping Charges, Duties, and Taxes
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other carrier or government charges are non-refundable except when required by applicable law or when the refund results from an error by Gummy Molds.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
