الحشو المركزي

إنتاج الجيلي المحشو من الوسط قدرة متخصصة لا تتوفر في كل ماكينات الصب. يعتمد نجاح المنتج على لزوجة الغلاف والحشو ونسبة الغلاف إلى المركز وهندسة القطعة وتوقيت الصب وتصميم القالب وتكوين رأس الصب.

تطبيقات الحلوى الصلبة

يمكن تهيئة النظام لتطبيقات حلوى صلبة متوافقة. ماكينة الصب لا تطهو كتلة الحلوى؛ يجب تجهيزها في طباخ مناسب ثم نقلها إلى ماكينة الصب. تذكر أن درجة حرارة نظام الزيت الحراري ليست هي نفسها درجة حرارة كتلة الحلوى.

Returns

Unused and uninstalled equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Equipment must be in new, resalable condition and returned in its original packaging or shipping crate. Customer is responsible for return freight. Original outbound freight and carrier accessorial charges may be deducted from the refund. Equipment that has been installed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without required packaging or components is not eligible for return. Incorrect items and verified shipping or manufacturing issues are handled separately.
